An Expert Witness Report prepared by a highly qualified independent building expert will assist and advise on issues in dispute within the expert’s area of expertise. The Reports purpose is to identify and clarify areas of disagreement on any issue in dispute for ultimate resolution. This may then form the basis for any further proceedings whose evidence may then be relied upon amongst experts.
