Premium Property Report
- The history of the building
- Building approvals
- Plumbing approvals
- Any development (planning) approvals
- Flood levels (in particular as they relate to future building levels required)
- Stormwater drainage
- Location of sewer mains etc
- Applicable/relevant BCC town planning codes (e.g. Demolition Control Precinct and their impacts on future building works ie building a garage or extension), through to the plumbing and drainage plans and any recent or potential
- Building approval relating the area designation i.e. ‘zoning’
- Recent planning approvals in the immediate vicinity
