Brisbane City Council launches annual ‘Check your deck’ campaign!!

With the festive season nearly upon us and summer fast approaching, Council is reminding residents to have the structural integrity of timber decks, balconies, balustrades, stairs and handrails at their homes checked.

Residents are being urged not to check their own decks and are instead advised to seek a professional safety inspection and report from an appropriately qualified professional.
