Markus maintains those trade skills by periodically undertaking ‘one man and a dog jobs’ e.g. small scale construction projects. This breadth of practical expertise is also acknowledged by Markus being short-listed as expedition ‘roofer’ for the “Mawson’s Hut Restoration” project in Antarctica in recognition of his trade skills and experience.
Practical experience, reinforced with over a decade’s experience as a senior Archicentre Building Inspector, and as an Independent Consultant in his own right – Markus has conducted thousands of Pre-Purchase Inspections, and Pre-Purchase Pest Inspections. Markus is also experienced in specific Defect and Maintenance Reports – that detail everything needed to know about a property.
